Help shape the future of our social media

Hi Resident

We’re always looking for better ways to connect with our communities – and that’s where you come in.

Social media is one of the key ways we share important updates, crime prevention advice, and behind-the-scenes insights into policing. But we want to make sure we’re getting it right, and that starts by listening to you.

We’re taking part in a national police survey to help shape how forces across the UK use social media. It’s completely anonymous and only takes around five minutes to complete.

While WMNow isn’t part of the survey (as it’s a bespoke West Midlands Police platform), we know many of you also follow us on Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, or TikTok, and your feedback will help us make those channels better, more useful, and more relevant to you.

Tell us what you like, what you don’t, and what you’d love to see more of. Your input will directly shape how we share updates, keep you informed, and involve you in the work we do across your local area.

👉 Click here to take the survey.

If you’d like to know more about the social media channels we use at both a local and force level, you can find details on our website here.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey, your feedback really does make a difference.
